We are a volunteer group of homeowners who are dedicated to our community.


  • Provide a forum for community-related concerns

  • Organize social functions

  • Write a newsletter sharing community news and important public service information

  • Publish an online community directory, available in print upon request

  • Maintain of community entrances and recreation area

  • Determine capital improvement projects

  • Monitor compliance with deed restrictions

  • Provide representation to local government

  • Pay taxes and insurance for community-owned property

Board Meetings are held on the second Sunday of the month at 7:00 pm and are open to the community. Please contact Jeff Leggett, President, by phone at 440-338-8603 or via email below to confirm location.

HHHA Historical Documentation

The Hemlock Hills Homeowners Association has endeavored to create an online repository of historical documents. These include some, but not all, board meeting minutes, annual financial reports and some legal documentation. These have been collected from a wide variety of sources and there are numerous gaps in information. However, a genuine effort has been made to scan all records available and post them in a secure site.
